with our in-house Cheese and Wine Experts
Our popular cheese workshops are educational yet relaxed and lots of fun! Structured tastings of specially matured and ripened cheeses from the world-renowned RHCL cheese & maturation rooms with cheese experts to guide you through this fascinating subject. For those who would like to experience all of the above, with the added benefit of tasting and learning about specially matched wines. The wines are chosen by wine experts in collaboration with our Cheese Room team. Delicious wines that marry beautifully with a wide selection of benchmark cheeses. Duration approx 1 1/2 hours. Warm attire recommended!

Discover this ancient, yet little known world of marrying cheese and beer.

Passion for Pasta

Our head chef, Greg Feck, will demonstrate how easy it is to prepare and cook fresh pasta at home.
This fun and interactive evening is sure to sell fast!
