PRICES
Up to 3kg package - $11.50 anywhere in Australia
3kg to 5kg package - $17.50 anywhere in Australia
5kg to 8kg package - $29.00 anywhere in Australia
Over 8kg - We will contact you by telephone to confirm the price prior to dispatch
*NOTE: IF THE ORDER CONTAINS PERISHIBLE GOODS, A $6.50 PACKAGING FEE WILL BE INCURRED
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Deliveries are made Monday – Friday only and no specific times can be quoted.
2. We regret no deliveries can be made on weekends or public holidays.
3. All orders to go interstate must be placed by Wednesday morning to be delivered before the weekend.
4. All orders to be delivered locally within the Melbourne area are to be placed by Thursday morning to be delivered before the weekend.
5. RHCL uses external carriers and although we endeavour to deliver every order by the date requested, circumstances beyond our control may arise which delay the delivery.
6. If you have any changes to delivery details once the order has been submitted, we encourage you to call us and speak to a member of the larder team directly.
7. If the order is intended as a gift, please ensure all delivery details are accurate, costs are incurred by the sender for re-delivery.
8. When selecting your delivery address, please try and select an address where someone will be there to receive it (we recommend a work address). If there is no-one available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave the parcel at the nearest post office. Alternatively, we highly recommend you tick the ‘ATL’ box within the delivery instruction section of the ordering process. This will mean you have given the courier ‘authority to leave’ the parcel in a safe place at the house (however, this is at the risk and responsibility of the sender).
ATL
The driver has permission to leave the gift at the recipients address. Ticking this box is highly recommended.
Alternatively an attempt to deliver card will be left at the recipients house and the parcel will be taken to the nearest post office. A further courier charge will apply for this service.
Late delivery
Once RHCL have been notified of a late or missing delivery by the customer, we will make inquiries with the carrier and ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.

Estimated delivery charges
Weight of carton is calculated once all items have been packed.
IMPORTANT
If there are any changes to the delivery address or instructions it is the customer’s responsibility to inform us immediately.
Return / Damaged Goods Policy
RHCL hand packs all items that are to be dispatched and takes every measure to ensure that the customer receives the delivery in premium condition.
If an item has been damaged during transit, we will replace the item at no cost to the customer, providing we receive notice of damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery.
