A Geotrichum mould ripened goat’s cheese produced and handmade by Carla Meurs and Ann-Marie Monda at their small farmhouse dairy in Sutton Grange, Victoria. Firm and chalky in texture, ‘La Luna’ displays condensed herbaceous ‘goaty’ flavours and a slightly acidic, citrus-like finish.
