Our popular cheese workshops are educational yet relaxed and lots of fun! Structured tastings of specially matured and ripened cheeses from the world-renowned RHCL cheese & maturation rooms with cheese experts to guide you through this fascinating subject. For those who would like to experience all of the above, with the added benefit of tasting and learning about specially matched wines. The wines are chosen by wine experts in collaboration with our Cheese Room team. Delicious wines that marry beautifully with a wide selection of benchmark cheeses. Duration approx 1 1/2 hours. Warm attire recommended!

Cheese & Beer Matching

Thursday 11th November, 7pm

A great gift idea for Father’s Day!

Join us for a guided tour of the ancient, yet little known, world of marrying cheese and beer. 

Richmond Hill will once again team up with our favourite local brewery, Mountain Goat.  

Co-hosted by Dave Bonighton, head brewer and founder of Mountain Goat, and our Cheese Room Manager, Anthony Femia

Discover Spain Dinner

Thursday 18th November, 7pm

Kim Coronica, Electrolux Appetite for Excellence Young Restaurateur of the Year, and Greg Feck, Richmond Hill Head Chef, will soon be venturing to Spain to gather inspiration for a Spanish themed dinner like no other!

Together they will create a menu that takes guests on a culinary journey through Madrid, San Sebastian, Girona and Barcelona, to name a few.  Each dish will be Greg’s clever interpretation of their experiences at Tapas bars, street stalls and Michelin star restaurants.

6 courses
$95 per person

Afternoon Tea

Our wonderful pastry chef, Bronwyn Eades, will create
another sensational Afternoon Tea.

Sample a range of sweet and savoury delights including finger sandwiches, little tartlets and house made scones with jam & clotted cream.
