CUT OFF TIMES FOR PRE-CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

Orders for pre-Christmas delivery must be received by RHC&L no later than 12pm on Tuesday 22nd December 2011.  No orders will be processed after that time/date.
 

Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made at least 24 hours prior to dispatch, otherwise full cost of order will be forfeited.  We cannot make any changes to your order once the order has been dispatched.

RHC&L makes every effort to have stock available of all items in the hampers as advertised, however, in certain circumstances an item may not be available.  If we are unable to supply an item, we will replace the product with an alternative of equal or greater value.

Deliveries are made by courier during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.  Deliveries are unavailable on weekends or public holidays.

Occasionally deliveries may be delayed by circumstances beyond our control.   RHC&L take pride and responsibility for the presentation and contents of our hampers.  Deliveries are made by 3rd party couriers, therefore, RHC&L can only take responsibility of items until they have left our premises.  Upon a hamper leaving our premises, we will provide you with a tracking number via email together with the contact details of our 3rd party courier service.
 

RHC&L can offer discounts for customers placing bulk orders.  Please call us on (03) 9421 2808 if you would like to place a bulk order with us.

Please enter all delivery details carefully. Including a phone number for your recipient can ensure your hamper arrives on time.  A redelivery fee will be payable by you if delivery details which you have provided are incorrect or incomplete.
 

RHC&L does not send hampers to PO Boxes as our hampers don’t fit them & any cheese in the hampers will not be happy!
In peak periods such as Christmas we will endeavour to have your gift delivered on the requested delivery date, however due to courier delays and circumstances outside of our control we cannot guarantee delivery dates at these times of year.

If your recipient is not at home and there is a suitable place to leave the hamper, it will be left at the property.  If there is a not a suitable place to leave the hamper, the 3rd party courier will leave a calling card for future delivery or contact you for further instructions.
 

Please note that our 3rd party courier only allows a delivery date to be requested.  We cannot specify a time of day for delivery.
Hampers containing alcohol must be purchased in accordance with the Liquor Act 1982: It is an offence to sell or supply to or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. Proof of age must be supplied on request. A person under 18 years must not take delivery of any hampers containing alcohol. Hampers containing alcohol must be intended as a gift for another person.
 

All prices advertised for hampers are inclusive of the Goods & Services Tax (GST).
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).
