The Cheese Club is for all of our customers who can not get into The Cheese Shop as often as they would like. It is also for those who would simply like a long, enjoyable education by being exposed to cheeses that they would not normally come by. Cheese Club membership also entitles the holder to a 10% discount on any purchase in the Cafe or Larder here at Richmond Hill.
Once a member has paid the annual registration and filled in all their details, they then receive, approximately every seven weeks for twelve months, an invitation to order the current offer. These offers will comprise of several cheeses, which have been chosen for their seasonal quality and interest. The cheeses on offer will be at less than retail prices, allowing you t
o recoup your initial registration fee. Members are able to order offers as gifts and have them sent to friends and family around Australia. Additional items that are not part of the offer can be arranged to be sent with their box of cheese. Members are not restricted to only ordering from the offer and may order items at other times throughout the year.
Once we receive your order, we then send the cheese to you on a pre-advised day, by overnight courier (although a few areas may require a two or three-day service). The cheeses are packed in a specially designed cool-box with information sheets about the cheese and how to use and store it properly.
Memberships can be given to friends or family as a gift, enabling them to then receive the invitations to order offers in the future.
