Our worldclass cheese and maturation rooms are open at night, showcasing some of the best fromages available. Walk into the Cheese Room, select your cheeses and then relocate
to the cafe. Order some great wine and delicious European style tapas food to match
and leave the rest to our friendly team. Breads and accompaniments included. All you need
to bring is great company!

Cheese and Wine Workshops
with our in-house Cheese and Wine Experts
Our popular cheese workshops are educational yet informal and lots of fun! Structured tastings of specially matured and ripened cheeses from the world-renowned RHCL cheese & maturation rooms with cheese experts to guide you through this fascinating subject. For those who would like to experience all of the above, with the added benefit of tasting and learning about specially matched wines. The wines are chosen by wine expert Martin Fortune/Kelvin Monsborough in collaboration with our Cheese Room Manager. Delicious wines that marry beautifully with a wide selection of benchmark cheeses. Duration approx 1 1/2 hours. Warm attire recommended!

Cheese and Beer Matching returns!
Join us once again for a guided tour of the ancient, yet little known world of marrying cheese and beer. Richmond Hill has teamed up once again with our favourite local brewer, Mountain Goat, to bring this fabulous evening to you. This workshop will be led by Dave Bonighton, founder of the brewery, and our in-house cheese expert.
12 cheeses all matched with local and imported beers.

The dining room can be adapted to suit meetings, product launches, dinners, cocktail parties, wedding receptions and more, we can cater for 45-65 for sit-down occasions and 60-110 for standing room.
